Membership Plans by Age

We offer three membership plans: children (ages 5-17), adults (ages 18-64), and seniors (65 years and older). No matter your age, our team has got you covered with appropriate dental care for optimal health. *Note this is not a dental insurance plan

All of our membership plans include:

• 2 cleanings per year (additional cleanings at $96.00)
• 2 exams per year 
• 1 set of x-rays per year 
• Same-day appointments and emergency visits
• Annual sealants for children (Molars and as required)
• A one-time $99 emergency tooth extraction. (Once per patient per lifetime)
• Discounts on any dental treatment, cosmetic treatment, or dental item bought from the clinic (40% off for children and adults, 50% off for seniors)
• No waiting period for benefits or discounts! 
   

Our membership prices are:

• Children (5-17): $14.33 x month (billed annually $171.96)
• Adults (18 - 64): $15.33 x month (billed annually $183.96)
• Seniors (65+): $13.33 x month (billed annually $159.96)

In-House Discount Perio Plus Plan

For patients in need of comprehensive periodontal care, we offer our In-House Discount Perio Plus Plan. This plan is specifically designed for those undergoing treatment for periodontal disease, ensuring they get the full care they need at an affordable price. 

Perio Plus Plan Includes:

• All periodontal deep cleanings (D4341) for the year (3-4 as needed)
• Follow-up hygiene and exam appointments per year (3-4 as needed)
• 1 set of x-rays per year
• Same-day appointments and emergency visits
• 2 bottles of Chlorhexidine (as needed)
• A one-time $99 emergency simple tooth extractions (once per patient per lifetime)
• Discounts on any additional dental or cosmetic treatment (40% off for adults, 50% off for seniors)
• No waiting period for benefits or discounts!

Our Perio Plus Membership Price:

• Adults and Seniors: $54.17 x month (billed annually $650)

This plan is perfect for patients needing ongoing periodontal maintenance and treatment, providing peace of mind and significant savings on essential care.
